LoriBell`s Frozen Custard in Kennesaw

This use to be our families absolute favorite Ice Cream parlor. Unfortunately, with the new format, it is no longer the go to place it once was. Yes you are able to get any of the flavors now, but half the excitement was in being surprised by what was going to be available. Also telling someone what topping you won't, ruins the experience of being able to come across that on topping that changes your mind and allows for a whole new flavor experience right before to check out. I understand the new format is easier for the owners, but us customers that use to make out of the way trips to visit, will simple go to a much closer ordinary ice cream parlor, because that is what Lori Bells feels like now.

Really good! And the owner is so personable. Would recommend.Today I had "Elvis' Breakfast" (fried banana & peanut butter custard) and a little mocha joe. Both were delicious! Don't remember what my husband got but he was very happy too. Good stuff.

Great frozen custard, it is so silky and delicious!!!! The staff become friends and are super sweet. When our family come to visit, we always take them here!!

My daughter and I love to visit for treat days. Service is first rate. They are always immaculately clean and tidy. Of all the places I have been in this place has got to be one of the best ran for service and cleanliness. They are on my atlanta must try list of places to go too.

The staff are very friendly and their flavors are REALLY good. I love the new chocolate they have. Not to mention, they are fairly cheap compared to other places in the area. Highly recommended.

The owner was bubbly and very helpful, as it was our first time. You could tell she was passionate about her job and her product. Everything tasted amazing! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful store. the owner met us and walked us through the store with ample free tastings. The quality was high, the toppings plentiful, and the price more than reasonable. Best of all? The custard was *amazing*! We will certainly be back!

Really enjoyed our first visit here! Apparently they use to be self serve, but now they are full service which I appreciate as a difference from some other similar type places. Prices are very reasonable, flavors are numerous, and everything was delicious! We'll definitely be back!

LoriBell's used to be our go-to family meetup spot on weeknights. Sadly, we've all lost desire to go back after the whole system changed. From what others have said there is an increased wait and you can no longer truly make your own treats. The owners and staff are always super friendly and the custard itself is great, but we're very disappointed with the new format.

Excellent customer service. The amount of care that is put into every order is refreshing. If you need to see how a business successfully serves their customers, I recommend that you stop and visit. On a side note, the milkshakes and frozen custard are top notch as well.

Better than ice cream, it's frozen custard!

The frozen custard is delicious and Jody has every topping you can imagine. It's a great place for a sweet treat. My favorite is vanilla custard topped with Graham cracker crumbs and cherries. 😃👍

The staff is always super awesome and the frozen custard is worth the trip every time.

This place is great. Frozen Custard is a little bit thicker and creamier than ice cream. They have sundaes, shakes, cones, and cups. They have tons of flavors and they will mix and match to make whatever flavor you want. The owner is super nice and will take her time to describe everything to you. I got a large cookies and cream extreme for $5 and it was more than enough. My wife got the medium watermelon and grapefruit sorbet and it was delicious. We will definitely be back.

We didn't care for the new configuration. While more flavors are available now, you can no longer mix flavors and the process is a bit slow and cumbersome. The flavored custards are now made to order, where the server adds extract(s) to either the vanilla or chocolate custard base followed by a quick blend under a mixer. While the taste wasn't bad, it was inconsistent and not nearly as good as before when it was mixed thoroughly in a soft serve machine. Prices are still very reasonable. We miss the old LoriBell's.

No other place to get this kind of service and Frozen custard! Love this place! Great Atmosphere and Doug and his wife are very welcoming and keep everything fresh!

Probably the thickest and the most creamy frozen Custard I have ever had. Amazing topping options and insanely rich Custard. I was super confused about what the flustered Custard meant. However the staff was super friendly and nice and walked us through the flavors with a lot of patience. Must visit if you are in the area!

I have heard great things about this place and wanted to give it a try! Long story short, my friends and I will never go here again. We visited on 8/28 around 2-ish P.M and the girl working was more than beyond rude. We were sitting outside on the chairs waiting for them to open and the girl working kept giving us the side eye and staring at us, she then proceeded to open the door and tell my friend, "Move out of the way so my customers can enter" Um what? Are we not your customers? My friends and I entered and the first thing she said was, "I didn't want yall breaking my chairs out there." No hello no nothing. Then when we were looking at the menu she kept rolling her eyes at us. Needless to say, we are never returning nor will our families.

Absolutely horrendous. I came in with kids last week and the service was terrible. The girls working were just on their phones the whole time and didn’t even bother to try to look happy when we went to pay. I used to love this place with the old owners, but the new owner is so unprofessional and needs to get her act together. Teaching how to treat customers well should be a #1 priority and skill, which is obviously something she lacks. I do not recommend this place AT. ALL.

My brownie sundae with hot fudge was delicious! The custard was creamy but not overly sweet which is just the way i like it. Job well done ladies.

this place is very good for dessert. it doesn't not feel as heavy on your stomach as ice cream does. also, if you have any lactose issues this place will be your best friend! they change out the flavored quite often (besides the staples) so don't get too attached. I really like the cheesecake flavor. be careful about adding too many toppings because the price rises quickly.

Tried LorriBell's for the first time last night on a triple-date and it was a pretty nice place! They prepared our dessert quickly, and the flavors were really good! Plus, one of my friends asked for recommendations and the girl behind the counter was super nice and shared her favorite flavor and what she thought was good. It was a good recommendation! The place is nice and really hits the spot on a hot summer day! Give it a try!

Really friendly owners and staff and incredible custard but heres the problem..Before they changed to serving the custard behind the counter, you used to be able to get whatever flavors and whatever toppings you wanted and it was charged by weight. This was marvelous because as the comsumer I can get as much or as little as i want. Now, its just like any other ice cream vendor like Brusters. It was also nice having different flavors on different days. That actually caused us to visit more repeatedly but thats gone. They claim all flavors are available with the new system but not really. You cant get a little chocolate, a little coffee, and a little berry. They mix all the flavors you want in a cup (aka blizzard style). A real shame. It was my favorite ice cream place before they changed to the new system. Please go back!!!!

It's dangerous to live 5 minutes from LoriBells! This custard is "smack-deliocios " and the Lori-pac is a great deal to take home for in-between regular visits!!!!Ya'll gotta go here!

Delicious custard, neat and clean dining area, friendly staff. Menu has more choices on it than you can believe. FYI this is not make your own style place. You can order whatever combination of flavors, in any of the serving sizes, and the staff will make your custard. Overall would definitely recommend and will be returning soon.

Best Sunday Ever! I had the Turtle Bell Sunday and it was delicious! I WILL BE BACK.....yum!!

This is our go-to for ice cream trips! We love the atmosphere the owners have set there. Doug and his wife are the sweetest! (No pun intended). They take their time with each customer and really show their gratitude when we come in to support their family business. And of course the custard is on point, smooth, creamy, and they have new flavors each week. Flavors that Doug, himself, makes! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try the world's best frozen custard. You will never be able to eat frozen yogurt again. Try it, you won't regret it!

Amazing tasting stuff, and they now have sorbet for us vegans out there. Fun flavors for the summer and always a really nice experience when I go. Quick and personable, one of my favorite desert spots.

This used to be a great place.... now not so much. It went from awesome self serve to a regular ice cream place. When I picked my flavors I had no idea they were just squeezing in flavored syrup. My coconut tasted like sunscreen and when I picked my toppings there was WAY to much of one and not NEARLY enough of the other. Another reason why the self serve was SO much better than the way they have now. I know why they call them flustered custards because that's what you get coming here and trying to navigate through the jumbled menu.... FLUSTERED. Won't be back again unfortunately.

Amazing! Gentleman and wife that own the establishment are super nice and helpful. I tried a few flavors and was torn between two! I settled on blueberry fluff and OMG! I wish there was one in Florida. I wish them the best of luck and hope economy doesn't crush their talent! Thanks for welcoming me with a wonderful smile and hospitality.

This was my family's first time and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The customer service was AMAZING and the custard was DELICIOUS! The ower, I believe, actually took out the time to answer every question my husband had....and he had a lot of questions! Lol My family has been looking for an ice cream shop since we moved to the area and I believe we've found it!

Was immediately greeted by the staff, who immediately informed me of all of my options and what they/locals considered the best to be. Very friendly and I would go there again in a heartbeat. Cheap prices and delicious.

New system where they mix flavoring into base flavors is horrible. It changes everything about the taste. It's never a consistent flavor and if I want two different flavors I can't do side by side anymore...they put them in a blender and it's so gross! This was a hit last summer but this new way is horrible

Amazing secret sweet spot. Worth a visit to try out a healthier alternative to traditional ice cream. The service is phenomenal, and selection is huge. Try the 'Dog Bowl' challenge at your own risk...I couldn't do it.

Hands down, the best place to go for ice cream/frozen treats in the area! Every single employee has been so helpful and the custard is delicious! The assortment of toppings is great as well! Took my young son for his birthday and it was on the house! I was told all custard that goes into every machine is gluten free as well.
